The Answer May Be In Your Past Life
Have you ever felt like, no matter what you do, you cannot move forward in some area in your life?
Do you keep attracting the same kind of people, relationships or circumstances?
Has the thought ever crossed your mind, that maybe you’re cursed? (joking.)
The answer could lie in a past life situation.
What is a past life?
A past life is a lifetime you, or I should say, the essence or soul-self of you, lived a completely different life in a different time. You may be wondering, how is this possible?
Scientifically speaking, we know:
Everything is energy (what appears to be solid matter is actually vibrating molecules.)
Energy never dies, but only transforms.
80+% of the population on Earth believes in Re-Incarnation, meaning that we continue to return to Earth, or maybe even other places, to learn our lessons or clear our “Kharma.”*
Based on these ideas and the fact that many people have memories that appear to be based on previous lifetimes, we will conclude that as humans we have past lives.
In addition, experiences that have a strong emotional energy charge to them could be carried with our energy and come back with us into our very DNA, which is the programming center of our cells and our body.
There have been cases of people recalling past life memories. Even stories of medical doctors accidentally regressing a patient into a past life memory. (Dr. Brian Weiss, M.D. Psychology, Many Lives, Many Masters, 1988.)
Here is a note from the author’s book: “As a traditional psychotherapist, Dr. Brian Weiss was astonished and skeptical when one of his patients began recalling past-life traumas that seemed to hold the key to her recurring nightmares and anxiety attacks. Using past-life therapy, he was able to cure the patient and embark on a new, more meaningful phase of his own career.”
Past Life Regression is an amazing tool for overcoming areas in our lives where we just can’t seem to change and more forward.
In addition, we may have had skills and talents in other lifetimes that we could tap into now to make our lives more enriched. We’ve all heard the stories of children who seem to be born with remarkable talents. How can we explain a 4 year old who can sit down at a piano and play an entire piece by Mozart by memory, or read music without any training or previous exposure.
This happens more often than you think. (Google it!) In my mind the most obvious explanation is past life talent that has carried over into the present incarnation. I’ve even worked with clients who cannot explain why they speak a different language in their dreams, or remember a lost love or pet that is not here with them now.
Past Life exploration can be fun, exhilarating and enlightening. You may also release and heal an area that you’ve felt blocked in and move toward a happier, richer life.
*Kharma (Wikipedia) – “Sanskrit” means action, work or deed, it also refers to the spiritual principle of cause and effect where intent and actions of an individual (cause) influence the future of that individual (effect). Good intent and good deed contribute to good karma and future happiness, while bad intent and bad deed contribute to bad karma and future suffering. Karma is closely associated with the idea of rebirth in many schools of Asian religions. In these schools, karma in the present affects one's future in the current life, as well as the nature and quality of future lives - one's saṃsāra. With origins in ancient India, Kharma is a key concept in religions of India, such as Hinduism and Buddhism.
